In Silicon Valley many of the tech industry CEO's show symptoms of Asperger's Syndrome.  This disorder is actually an advantage in the industry of tech.  

Symptoms of Asperger's can include the ability to focus for long periods of time.  Along with an eye for detail, an obsession for repetitive behavior, and an infatuation with patterns.  All of which are benefits to a person who is writing code or programming. 

Some of the CEO's include Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerburg.  Along with many historical figures are thought to have Asperger's like Albert Einstein and Issac Newton.  

Even the growing rate of children with Autism and Asperger's in the San Francisco Bay area (home of Silicon Valley) is another.
