Helene's special guest is Michele Green, vice president and chief of diversity officer at Prudential. In high school, Michele wasn't thinking about going to college, but her mother encouraged her to do so. She started out as a lawyer, held a variety of jobs, and has learned to speak up and ask for what she needs.
