Four Florida State spring football practices down, 11 to go.
The Seminoles held their first four practices of spring before separating for the school's spring break. This gave FSU beat writers Curt Weiler and Carter Karels plenty to break down about the state of the team on the latest episode of the NoleSports Podcast.
The guys discuss the players that have impressed them, the most surprising position units and the areas of the team that they could see holding the team back during the 2022 season.

The Seminoles softball team is coming off a 6-0 showing in the Dugout Classic but had to cancel a trip to Eugene, Oregon this weekend due to weather. They will play Jacksonville at noon Sunday at Rattler Field.
 
Kassim and Williams also discuss both FSU men's and women's basketball and the path to the NCAA Tournament for both teams. FSU women's basketball hoops travel to Louisville on Thursday for an important game in the standings, while the men's team travels to play Georgia Tech on Saturday.

They then talk about softball and its Garnet & Gold Scrimmage scheduled for Saturday before dwelling on newcomer availabilities on Tuesday and Thursday introducing seven new additions to the Seminoles' football roster for the 2024 season.
Kassim and Williams also briefly discuss a sit down with Athletics Director Michael Alford with an update on some of the stadium renovations.
