In this episode we make an attempt to analyze the human effects of the lockdown through looking at the class distinctions, describing a capable state and the opportunity costs that have arisen. We're joined by Elisha Kunene and Khanya Vilakazi. Elisha Kunene is a human rights lawyer, working primarily in mining, customary law and land affairs. He spends his free time podcasting about the Constitutional Court of South Africa.

Khanya Vilakazi is an analyst and researcher, currently pursuing a PhD in Political Science. His research interests are in the development of of effective service delivery mechanisms through innovative methodologies that enable communities to shape their own environment.
