Dr. Kerry Klima (she/her) serves as the Associate Director for Assessment and Evaluation at California State University Long Beach. Dr. Klima earned her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies and master’s degree in higher education administration from Cal State Fullteron.  She also earned her doctorate in higher education administration from Bowling Green State University, completing her dissertation entitled Hidden, Supported, and Stressful: A Phenomenological Study of Midlevel Student Affairs Professionals' Entry-Level Experiences with a Mental Health Condition.  Connected with her on LinkedIn.
