Each birth or each life is ones gift of nature... The mother you are to.. The family you belong... The surroundings you are living.. The people around whom one depends on and what you expect out these....and therefore you are totally dependent on external factors... Right from the Breath you inhale to be alive itself.... Isn't that so... But do the inner world of your own body and mind understand the dependence on all these.... It is taken for granted hence all external creations which provides us life very often are looked felt understood as objects for our utility which ever way we want it... But it is not so... For what ever life is inside it is the same as external.. And hence we have to bring a balance between the external and internal... Which would then enhance ones own capabilities of realising the huge Abundance that is Cosmos... And as a Human Being the only creations which can get to it and reach those dimensions beyond the periphery of usual way of living and everything is that 'One Breath' that every second we inhale... isn't that so.... And hence we are have to be emotionally connected to that breath which enables All functions and energy flow to take place.. And this can be possible .... Only when we value all other creations as they exist according to their own limitations in the Universe.... And we must be grateful to all for they provide us the sustenance of life itself.. That's what Bhavya Bhaavva Kriti-Asana Vritham is all about...
