On September 24, 2024, Associate Dean for Government Procurement Law Studies, Jessica Tillipman, testified before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee about organizational conflicts of interest. The hearing, Safeguarding the Homeland: Examining Conflicts of Interest in Federal Contracting to Protect America’s Future, examined the potential conflicts of interest and national security risks that may arise when contractors provide consulting and advisory services to both the United States and adversarial nations.
