I had the great privilege to attend a show in Astoria, OR featuring a favorite author and favorite musician. The 36 hours there and on the Oregon coast turned into a space between dream and waking. Which got me thinking about those spaces between, a characteristic of the Buddhist concept of a bardo. This piece came as a result.
