This meditation session for you to help you enhance your connection to your Astral energy.  This is Part 2 in the Podcast Series explained on what the Astral energy is and the different techniques that can be used.  Bring a glass of water during this meditation.

You can come to this daily if you wish as a routine to clear your energies.  If you are experiencing headaches or feeling of being overwhelmed, then spread the meditations to every other day so your body can adjust as these are powerful sessions.  Do as often as it is comfortable, and you are getting good results.
