This vid shows you how to build a deck in Astral Wars. The game is currently in Pre-Alpha stage but should come out shortly on Android and plans are to bring it to Steam or Epic as well.
If you want to try it out, then come to the Surgent Gaming discord. You can ask for Alpha access in the channel : Astral Wars -> ar-wars-pre-alpha-application.
