Jose Villareal is a real one. From Northern California he started investing in himself and bought a couple real estate courses using some business credit to no avail before he found the Astroflipping community and took off! He’s done a deal each month this year starting in May (with the tattoo to show for it) and is only going up from here. Oh and did we mention this is all while working a 60 hour a week job?
