Major League Baseball has concluded its investigation of the Houston Astros' sign-stealing scandal. In a 9-page report by Commissioner Rob Manfred, MLB detailed the cheating process that took place in Houston, including the illegal use of video footage to steal signs. Astros manager AJ Hinch and GM Jeff Luhnow have been suspended without pay for 1 year. Both men have since been fired from the Astros. The Astros will lose first and second round picks in each of the next two drafts, and be fined $5 million (max allowed by the league constitution). Was this punishment harsh enough? All this (and more) on today's episode.
