Éste reto no fue nada fácil, fué bastante riguroso. Yo tenía muchísimo tiempo sin entrenar el tren inferior así que mis piernas se cansaron muy rápido, pero aún así avance y continúe con el reto. Muchas veces pensé en cortar el vídeo y abandonar pero mi mente no me lo permitió, mis piernas ya no aguantaban pero mi mente quería superar este reto. Espero y les haya gustado y que les sea de inspiración a querer superarse, aunque sientas que no puedas, aunque tú cuerpo quiera abandonar, debes tener una mente inquebrantable, debes resistir y terminar lo que empezaste. Esto es todo por hoy, hasta la próxima!.
This challenge was not easy at all, it was quite rigorous. I had not trained the lower body for a long time so my legs got tired very quickly, but I still moved forward and continued with the challenge. Many times I thought about cutting the video and giving up but my mind wouldn't allow it, my legs couldn't hold it anymore but my mind wanted to overcome this challenge. I hope you liked it and that it inspires you to want to improve yourself, even if you feel like you can't, even if your body wants to give up, you must have an unbreakable mind, you must resist and finish what you started.
