🕰️ Aged: 7 years, 1 month (final 7 months in Oloroso casks)🔥 Proof: 120.6👃 Nose: Juicy berries, sweet caramel👅 Palate: Jammy raspberry, candied cherry, fruit-infused brown sugar, damp oak, baking spice🍮 Finish: Vanilla cream, red berries, caramel, lingering sweet oak and dessert wine notes📦 Mashbill: 51% Corn, 45% Wheat, 4% Malted Barley📝 A voluptuous, sticky pour with waves of fruit and spice — dessert in a glass.

🟠 Rum Cask Finish

🕰️ Aged: 7 years, 5 months (final 14 months in Richland Rum barrels)🔥 Proof: 115.6👃 Nose: Cane syrup, caramel, vanilla, piña colada, fig👅 Palate: Rounded and sweet — cane sugar, citrus, floral spice, oak tannin🍮 Finish: Creamy and sweet, with a cocktail-like vibe📦 Mashbill: 51% Corn, 45% Wheat, 4% Malted Barley📝 A tropical twist on wheated bourbon — rich, fragrant, and crushable.
