#asykum cases are very factually specific. you need to be consistent with your testimony along with whatever you wrote in your asylum declaration. if not, and if there are inconsistencies, then the immigration judge may make an #adverse #credibility finding which would ultimately get the case denied because the immigration judge would think you are lying and misrepresenting the facts. if it turns out that an adverse credibility ruling is issued, you can always go up on appeal, discuss why the inconsistencies exist and explain why you were telling the truth and why the judge has made an incorrect decision regarding your asylum case.#tiktoklawyer #immigrationattorney #leadgeneration #longervideos @Brian D.
