Ukraine says at least 20 people have been killed and dozens injured in missile and drone attacks on the western city of Ternopil. Russia has stepped up its bombardment of Ukraine's energy infrastructure in recent weeks. It happened as Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visits Turkiye for talks he says are aimed at reinvigorating peace negotiations.
