Betty McCulloch is a Community Scientist and retired nursing professor who has helped tag over 15,000 monarch butterflies at Rosetta McClain Gardens over the past 12 years. Her presentation shares insights into the monarch’s life cycle, migration, and how gardens—and citizen science—can help ensure this species continues to thrive.
