Sonia is a somatic sexologist and embodiment therapist who stepped away from a corporate career in architecture and construction to help people on their journey to reconnecting with their physical selves. From individual bodywork sessions to workshops and adventures, Sonia is passionate about living in the magic of every day and sharing tools for people to find their gold. Dr Hinemoa Elder is a Māori child and adolescent psychiatrist, author, advocate, and former television presenter. Dr Hinemoa is also a researcher on traumatic brain injury for the Auckland University of Technology, and a member of the New Zealand Mental Health Review Tribunal. She is a staunch advocate for Te Reo Māori and continues her learning journey in te reo. She has most recently written the book Wawata – Moon Dreaming: Daily Wisdom Guided by Hina, the Māori Moon after the success of Aroha, Māori wisdom for a contented life lived in harmony with the planet, which was named on the Oprah Winfrey Book Club in 2021.

Suzy Cato is one of New Zealand’s most beloved children’s presenters, with a career spanning radio announcing and television presenting. Aaron Schultz founded The Outback Mind in 2019, establishing it as a health promotion charity, The Outback Mind Foundation, in 2022. Having managed male teams across the construction, mining and manufacturing industries, Aaron could see the need for a preventative approach to mental health to help men in regional Australia. Aaron Taylor is the co-founder of health and wellness tonic brand No Ugly. Having spent a big part of his career agency-side, Aaron made the decision to co-found and run his own business in 2017.
