But there is God who is gracious and compassionate. We are just passing by here on earth. We are all going through the broken process one way or another.

When we are broken, it is then that God allows us to see him, how gracious and compassionate he is to us.

God is the only one who can put us back together when we are broken.

There is no hope other than being close to God for those who are going through pain and sorrow. Then Jesus said to her, Your sins are forgiven. (Luke 7:48)
