Is Freedom of Religion the same as Freedom to Worship?  What, if any, is the difference?  How is this argument framong the debate between the Department of Health and Human Services and the American Catholic Bishops?  

This show will focus on the issue of the HHS demanding that religious institutions provide comprehensive helath care to its employees, and cannot refuse to do so because they don't like it.
