Dr. Lynn Kidmann was born and raised in the US, went to University of California for undergraduate, and did PhD at University of Queensland on changing coaching
behaviours. Live in New Zealand, work at AUT University lecturing and researching in coaching. She was inspired by Professor Ben Lombardo and his
work on Humanistic Coaching (he is at Rhode Island College) and a rugby coach named Wayne Smith (was assistant coach for All Blacks during
the last World Cup campaign. Co-authored The Coaching Process (3 editions) and Athlete centred,coaching (3 editions).
