College isn't easy for anyone, and my story is no different. As a college athlete, I was faced with the normalized standards of college cliches- athletic life, partying, binge drinking, and hookup culture, just to name a few. Lost, lonely, and empty, rock bottom was calling my name. The hope that pulled me out was Jesus, and my faith put my feet back on solid ground. My hope and prayer is that this podcast will transfer some of my lessons learned (the hard way!) to you and allow you to live a life-REDEFINED.
