The Atlanta Braves extended their reign atop the National League East, clinching the division for the sixth consecutive year this week.

Now the real work begins.

Grant McAuley runs through the headlines and highlights for the week that was for Atlanta. The division clincher was earlier than usual and gives the club some time to sort out a few things for the pitching staff, rest some key players, and recharge for the NLDS. How will the Braves handle the roster decisions and manage innings down the stretch?

Meanwhile, Matt Olson and the Braves are making home run history. Olson broke the Braves' single-season home run record -- now 52 and counting -- as the Braves take aim at the MLB record. How much time will MVP-hopeful Ronald Acuña Jr. miss after tweaking his calf on Friday? He is absent from the lineup this weekend, but the star outfielder and the club did not seem overly concerned, but neither want to chance it wither bigger aspirations awaiting them next month.

Kris Willis of Battery Power joins the show to size up the Atlanta pitching staff while Anthony Castrovince of MLB.com checks in to size up the Wild Card races, big pitching injuries for several clubs, and the NL MVP race between Acuña and Mookie Betts of the Dodgers.
