Atlas Wellness stresses the importance of intent and approach as it pertains to daily lifestyle with a preparedness mindset as the base of operations.

The importance of nutrition in concert with proper training is a critical element of developing cognitive, social and organizational skills.

From traveling to seminars in Chicago (with Nike Master Trainers), to Alexandria (Virginia), San Juan, Puerto Rico (Kettlebells for the performance enhancement specialist), to speaking with chiropractors, physical therapist and clinicians, the goal is to show how exercise is simply Adding Effort To Daily Motion because motion qualifies as exercise.
