Although Biotech is a highly skilled and technologically driven industry, it can often be slowed by traditional or internally focused worldviews. Eli applies his training as an engineer to a fundamentally biological problem to drive innovation. In this interview, Eli shares his own views on how being an outsider within any industry can yield new ways of thinking.
