Washington-based Public International Law and Policy Group (PILPG), a human rights law group contracted by the U.S. State Department to investigate atrocities in Myanmar, released its report presenting evidence that the Myanmar military committed war crimes, and called for the urgent establishment of a criminal tribunal to bring those responsible to justice.
