In this episode I discuss the various styles of attachment types in addition to the studies that helped form these ideas. I discuss autonomous, dismissing, resistant, and disorganized styles and give a lot of my own personal experiences with these things as a sort of reference point.
I go into a bit of detail on the lesser discussed style of "Disorganized" or anxious-ambivalent attachment and how this is often related to issues in dissociation of all types.
I even cover theories and studies around the attachment styles of cats! :D Amazing!
