In this podcast I give a general overview of Attachment Theory, pioneered by John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth - including Ainsworth's "Strange Situation" Test which helps to define how secure v. insecure attachment is expressed by infant and toddlers up to two years of age.  This concept is covered in undergraduate lifespan/developmental psychology and introduction to psychology courses.
