This a recording of a FB Live where I explain the trap and development of becoming a people pleaser, it's an epidemic for certain groups. 

After being a therapist for 10 years I've seen this show up in so many different ways for so many different purposes. But it's very workable and feels great when you overcome it!  As I talked about a former client in this LIVE, she was great!
