Not only that, but will new technology make us more reliant on automated efficiency, and should more testing be done on the tech systems we use before they're unleashed on an unprepared public?

As if that wasn't enough, Rich provides an update on his job situation, Dion Dublin's ability to sell a house is put under the microscope, the forgotten phenomenon of snail grooming gets a long-overdue assessment and Chris and Rich try desperately to avoid becoming new music bores.
