Killmer is home from another long trip, this time he is retuning from the Grand National Roadster Show in sunny California. Killmer shares some stories of his experience at the show, reconnecting with some old friends and making new ones along the way. Killmer has rediscovered his passion for hot rods and had such a great time at the show. 

As the episode progresses, we talk about how having the right attitude can really shape your daily landscape. We wonder what it must be like to build these hot rods and talk about some of the countless hours that go into some of these builds. Will the hot rod industry change over the years as some of the veteran builders  retire. What will the future look like with the labor force, and what will we do as an industry with a the labor shortage.
