At Smith Dominguez, Alexia advises entrepreneurs, businesses and nonprofits on how to best achieve their goals. She provides counsel on multiple areas of business law transactions including business formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate compliance. She also provides  outside general counsel services to businesses at all stages, from business formation to dissolution. In addition, Alexia focuses her practice on real estate and divorce matters. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Alexia is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Campbell University School of Law. While not working, she loves going on walks with her dog,  doing yoga and is an avid traveler and bookworm.
