Attorney Mike Padden joins Cory to discuss Minnesota state sentencing guidelines and the sentencing of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin that took place last Friday. They also discuss reopening the case of Mike's client, Terrance Franklin. Terrance Franklin was shot to death by Minneapolis police on May 10th, 2013. A grand jury cleared police of any wrongdoing, but attorney Mike Padden says it was murder and filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
