Attorney Phil DiLucente joined Marty for a couple minutes to talk about the criminal charges filed against his client Gary Van Horn, the President of the Delta Foundation.  Van Horn has been charged with forgery and impersonating a public official among other things.  Van Horn is expected to turn himself in today.
