What an absolute thrill it was for Tom and Cim to spend the afternoon in the company of Michelin-starred chef, Atul Kochhar, at Kanishka, his restaurant in Mayfair. Atul was the perfect host, serving a selection of dishes from his incredible menu (available for takeaway), as he and the chaps discuss the best way to cook onions, his love of fried chicken and his most excellent masala chai hack, among many other things. Much to Tom's satisfaction, our latest guest gets down and dirty with some fried chicken, as comedian Ben Clark orders a 'three piece' and fries from the wonderfully named Favourable Chicken. Ben is one third of the award winning sketch group, Pappy's, who also have a range of podcasts under the banner of Pappy's Flatshare. Ben was great company, reflecting upon his time as a McDonald's employee, being sacked from a pizza parlour for mistaking mixed herbs for garlic and ordering sushi in Hastings which turned up in London. Classic!
