There are no contractors available to start construction this year.

The project is being funded with Community Development Block Grant funds, and since those funds must be spent in the year in which they were allocated, the skate park funds will be shifted to sidewalk and curb repair and the skate park will be built with funds from next year's CDBG allocation.
