Caroline Doty is a Sports Marketing Account Manager for Nike, overseeing the WNBA and G-League. As an athlete, she won 3 NCAA National Championships during her time playing basketball at UConn. She is still involved in the game by coaching basketball at the youth and high school level and has recently started a podcast with a friend called Dkirks and Doty, where they talk about learning, personal growth, and sports.

We talk about:

• Her love of setting goals, including the time she moved across the country with only one contact and a spare room to crash for her goal of getting a job at Nike
