When we have been in an ebb and have let go or shed some outdated parts of ourselves, there can be a moment of pause or suspension before we click into a time of flow. In these moments we can often find it a bit unsettling as we feel naked and a bit empty. It’s almost as if we’re in a bit of an identity crisis. We’re definitely no longer who we were which is why it’s so important to readjust and recalibrate our vision.
Having a vision that inspires us and pulls us forward is so important. Otherwise, we end up trodding along without any real direction. Essentially it’s about expanding your edges and writing a new story, a new beat, that you will walk to. It just has to be inspiring enough that it will pull you forward and carry you through those moments when things get a little dark and the road gets a little bumpy.
