After every contraction follows an expansion.  This is the energy we find ourselves in now. One that is vast, light, and open for powerful creation. It is time to play! It is time to expect miracles. To birth the creative ideas that get us excited. It’s time to follow the breadcrumbs leading us to more than we could have ever imagined.

Just as much as we sink into the darkness for her to teach us her lessons, we must allow ourselves the freedom to leap into the lightness. To trust that we’re stronger now that we were before, and even though our bigness, or the feeling of expansion can be scary, it doesn’t mean it’s something we actually need to be afraid of.

It just means we’re tapping into life itself. Living, breathing, pulsating life.
