On this episode of the Real Rebel Podcast Audio Coffee edition, we talk all about energy glitches and feeling overwhelmed. 

When we shift our energy and open the doors, it can be overwhelming as all new opportunities come flooding in. It’s easy to want to say yes to everything, even if the decision to accept those things is based on old energies of lack. 

Whether it's lack of self-worth, abundance, time… whatever it might be. Our mind can kick into drive as it pulls on old decision-making patterns. Our hearts, however, will quickly let us know that something is off. This is a term I’m coining as “energy glitching”. When things are energetically in misalignment with your soul’s purpose.
