We’re back! Last week’s episode, unfortunately, didn’t air because of a small water spillage situation. My laptop had to spend a few nights in the mac hospital but has come out the other side cleaner and shinier than ever! #thankgod

In this episode of the Real Rebel Podcast Audio Coffee edition, we riff on the new expansive energy we’re playing in. It really is an all bets are off kind of situation. Which can feel a little chaotic if we haven’t grounded ourselves and taken care of our root chakra. I talked about the importance of managing the root chakra in the episode that never ended up airing, so I will get that one out soon.

In this episode, it is all about the freedom we have to create now. It’s almost as if a layer of weight has been released. Old stories have lost their potency and stickiness and it really is time to play and create. Which just so happens to coincide very nicely with spring starting to peek its head around the corner.

Some questions to ask yourself now…

• Am I keeping myself in a box/constrained?
• What would it look like I totally colored outside of the lines?
• How can I allow myself the chance to really run free?
• What would that even look and feel like?
• How can I find more ways for life to be fun and playful?
• What would I create if I didn’t give one flying sh*t what people thought of it or whether it failed or not?
• How good can I possibly stand it?
