This originally started as a one off episode in an anthology series called Night Terrors. It started as a series of books that Eric wanted to write back in the 90s. After running into rejections when trying to query publishers, he decided to rework the story to work as an Audio Drama.

Tell me about how your show started?

A one off episode in an anthology series called Night Terrors. What inspired me was a series of books I wanted to write. I developed it back in the mid 90s. Researched everything it was going to be about. But after a few rejections from publishers I started rethinking how I could present it. Then with some work on how to present the tale in the audio medium. I developed The Byron Chronicles as a podcast series.
