We discuss serendipity, right livelihood, needing to change the mix, serious vs earnest, hiking in the rain, being open to opportunity, the need to be curious.  Being elected onto a Board, defocussing & refocussing, mis-perceptions, sterotypes, assumptions and the Academy of Management Education Division (MED).  Buddhist influences, evidence-based management and the practice of education from PDW sessions.  This was a wide ranging and illuminating discussion!
