Howdy folks!

Shane and I had a great conversation with Tess Fraad-Wolff on Monday about the effects of capitalism on the human psyche.

 The same system that’s poisoning our water and clear cutting our forest is also teaching us hyper individualism. A level of horrific competition measures our worth in dollars, and we are taught to hide our pain like it’s some sort of personal failure instead of a systemic problem of political reality.

That’s why I’m so glad that this week we had the opportunity to talk to Tess Fraad-Wolff. She’s a psychotherapist who’s been in practice for over a decade. She’s a mental health professional who has helped people to understand that healing ourselves and healing the world are actually the same project.
