Print print print

A pungent smell of ink and turpentine, smoking oil lamps when darkness fell, the pounding and thumping of the printing presses, shouts back and forth between the type-setters and pressmen, arguments when one or the other did not work fast enough… It seems hard to believe now, but that is how things were in this printing works for hundreds of years.
