If we were to describe what the process is like when we just enter college, make new friends, meet colleagues at a new workplace, or just started joining a community group,  we would say...it’s like auditioning! If you’ve done auditions, you’ll probably agree.

Tedious, nerve-wracking, and yet there’s this huge desire and hope to ‘get in’ and ‘get the role’.
