Pitmaster of 4:20 Q, Jeff Reeder, joins me to talk about their big win this past weekend at the Pittsburgh, PA Sam’s Club local qualifier. He will recap the cook and give us a little background on his team…maybe a few secrets as well.

Regular contributor to the show, writer of the Washington Post Smoke Signals blog Jim Shahin, joins me on the show to talk Chicago style BBQ. Jim will also give us some insight in to an industry legend, Steven Raichlen, whom he sat down with a few weeks back.

Hour 2:

Fan favorite and creator of the most heavily trafficked bbq and grilling website Amazing Ribs, Meathead Goldwyn, joins me to hit some bbq myths and debunk them once and for all.
