Hour 1:
My first guest during the first hour is the customer service and technical manager for Memphis Grills.  Folks, the pellet grill segment has exploded over the past few years, and Memphis Grills is one of the many to choose from these days.  Greg Fassett will tell us about the history of the company and what makes their cooker different from the others on the market today.
After that, Master Chef Season 4 contestant, Lynn Chyi, joins me to break down the remaining 6 contestants and tell us who he thinks has the best chance at winning the whole thing!
Hour 2:
In the second hour we visit with the pitmaster of the Pellet Envy, Rod Gray.  Rod just won this past Sunday’s semi-final round of BBQ Pitmasters and moves to the finals against Lynnae Oxley and Dave Bouska.  Rod will break down the semi-final round and tell us about how the finals shape up for him and his cooking style.
Helping me close the show tonight is the official bbq sauce and rub reviewer for the show, Scott Roberts, from Scott Roberts Web.  Three new sauces and rubs make their appearance…what will make the grade and what will get sent to the bbq woodshed?
