Molly Malmstrom, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, is no stranger to Lake Region Healthcare but today we welcome her as one of our newest providers. Molly grew up in Battle Lake and after becoming a nurse, served as an RN at Sanford Children’s in Fargo specializing in pediatric oncology and hematology and then as a nurse at Lake Region Healthcare’s Cancer Center while going through NP school. In today’s episode of Apple a Day she shares her journey to the next chapter of her career and why she has such a passion to continue working with children and making a difference, back home in her rural community.
