My first guest tonight is going to tell us how to simplify out temperature control life. Peter Gabriele from I-Grill joins me to talk about their product, tell us how it works and why it differs from other items on the market.

After that, the newest judge on BBQ Pitmasters, Melissa Cookston joins me. She will help me break down the final round cook, give us her take on the whole hog venture and give us an insiders look at what footage might have been left out of the final show.

In the second hour we visit with the winner of the Build A Better Burger contest, Erin Evinson. We all love burgers…we all want to make the best burgers we can…Erin made a burger that won her a cool $100K!! WOW!! We will get some background on her, where she competes and what it was like to win that event!
